Public Works

The Public Works Department currently consists of 3 full-time employees and also employs seasonal workers during the summer.  Paul Skubic serves as the Public Works Crew Lead and his responsibilities include: supervisory and administrative work involving the operations of the Public Works Department including streets, equipment, grounds, parks, sewer, buildings, and the city cemetery. 

The department is located at 600 1st Street South.

Public Work’s employee hours are generally from 7 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. but there is a fluctuation depending on weather and special events.  Public Works may be reached at (218) 865-4610.
