Building Permits: The City of Biwabik enforces the Minnesota State Building Code through a contracted Building Official.

Short Term Rental Permits: The City of Biwabik requires a Short Term Rental Permit in R-1 and R-2 zoning districts.

Pet Licenses: The City of Biwabik requires an annual pet license for all dogs and cats in the City limits. The license is $12 per animal and can be purchased at City Hall. Proof of rabies vaccination is required.
