February 13, 2026 Update: The repair is scheduled for either Wednesday the 18th or Thursday the 19th. We appreciate your continued patience and will provide updates as they become available.

The elevator at City Hall is currently out of service due to mechanical issues requiring repair. We are working with our elevator contractor to schedule repairs as quickly as possible. We will follow up on this notice once a repair timeline is established.

In the meantime:
  • Stair access to all floors remain available.
  • Staff are available to assist with mobility needs, document delivery, or other accommodations.
  • Please contact us in advance at 218-865-4183 if you require special assistance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
