Daily Events on the 4th of July
- NEW THIS YEAR!!
Biwabik 4th of July 5K Family Walk Run
Now that the Kiddie Patriotic Parade takes place at 1 pm,
we will feature a 5K Family Walk Run in the morning.
It will begin at 8:30 am at St. John Catholic Church parking lot.
Registration an hour prior to the race.
The route will be south on 6th avenue, to the alley
and onto the Mesabi Trail heading east to Merritt Lake and
returning to the parking lot. All ages and abilities are welcome
to enter the race with a $5 registration fee. Strollers and dogs are also welcome.
The first 150 participants to register will be given a free t-shirt.
Volunteers are needed for registration.

- Crowning of the Queen at the Gazebo in the park
- Patriotic Parade in the morning
- Fire Truck Rides after the morning parade
- Coffee and at the Senior Citizens Center
- Athletic Events for the kids at the ball field
- Carnival in the Park
- Calithumpian Parade in the early evening
- Fireworks at dark
- 11-Noon Fire Truck Rides
- 1 PM (Line up at noon) Kiddie Parade
- 2 PM Kiddie Races (At old football field)
- 6:30 PM (Line up at 5:30)Calithumpian Parade
